Krafton Inc, a South Korea-based gaming company is now launching the game in India. Recently, it posted a teaser on its YouTube channel to confirm the launch and also posted the official logo of the game just today.

Q 1. What user data will be collected?
The data collected by users fall into three categories: i) information collected directly, ii) information collected automatically, and iii) information collected from third parties. i) Information collected directly from you: The game will NOT collect any data directly from you. ii) Information collected automatically: It will automatically collect some info when you use its services, which includes:
Your Device Info (OS version, browser, & settings),IP address, and,Your browsing behavior while using its services.

The company further clarifies that most of the time it will process your info to perform the contract that you have with it and to comply with applicable rules. Moreover, from time to time, it may also ask for your consent to use your data and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

The company will give permission to third parties including some service providers to process personal information to provide customer support and to manage our community. These third parties include:

Your data will be stored on servers located in India and Singapore. However, the company may transfer your data to other countries or regions to operate the game service or to meet legal requirements. In this event of a transfer, it promises to make sure that your data remain protected as it remained in India.

The company says that it will delete your personal data after its purpose of collecting is achieved. The data stored in physical form will be shredded, and stored electronically will be removed using such measures that it cannot be reproduced. However, Krafton may retain some of your personal data even after you close your account, if retention of your data is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations such as resolving disputes, preventing fraud, cheating or abuse, etc.

The company does not knowingly collect, use or share any data for under 18 players without parental consent. So, if you are under 18, you will be asked to provide your parent or guardian’s phone number to confirm that you are legally eligible to play it.
