The new phone from Asus is listed as Verizon-exclusive, it is unlikely that the smartphone will come in other markets. Recently, Asus had launched it’s ZenFone 4 Selfie Series in India with the ZenFone 4 Selfie and ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro. The phones are exclusively available on Flipkart with starting price of Rs. 9,999.
Asus ZenFone V Specifications
Coming to the Zenfone V, as per the listing on the website, it sports a 5.2 inch full HD (1080 x 1920) AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the home button and has a 5-finger recognition. The phone runs on the company’s own ZenUI 3.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat.
It is powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. Memory wise, it packs 4GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD card up to 256GB. The camera is one of the highlights of the Asus ZenFone V.
