The display is 4.8 inches Super AMOLED panel with 720p HD resolution and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 on top. Inside the slim casing, Gionee has managed to squeeze in a 2100 mAh battery. Since Gionee Elife S5.5 with better hardware is selling for 20,000 INR, there is not much reason to opt for Elife S5.1 at 18,999 INR. Its slimmer and lighter, but has only 1 GB RAM to fuel Amigo UI 2.0.
