Gionee has confirmed that it will be setting up around 750 service centers all over the country by 2015. Right from the time the company stepped into the Indian market, they have been attempting to provide top-notch service to their consumers with their already service networks. Now, they are planning to deliver superior quality service with their expanded network for service. Gionee’s Service Centers are handled by a team of experienced technicians and service personnel trained to deliver quality service within short time frames. In order to deliver quick and efficient service, the firm has decided to respond to the consumers’ queries within a maximum time frame of 24 hours from the registration of the complaint. The firm has managed to lure the consumers with smartphones such as Gionee Elife E6 and Elife E7 that have been big-ticket phones for it. Both the handsets have been great camera phones with high-end specs and have been drawing good sales in the Indian market.
