Honor V20 Specifications
The new Honor V20 sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2310 pixels) IPS display with 91.82% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it gets Huawei’s flagship Kirin 980 7nm processor. It also has GPU Turbo 2.0 support and features liquid cooling. Memory wise, it comes with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB storage.
In terms of camera, the dual rear camera set up has a 48MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and Sony IMX586 1/2-type sensor that uses 4-in-1 light fusion to offer better low-light images at 12MP resolution and 4-times improved HDR. It also supports AIS. It has a TOF 3D secondary camera that can be used in 3D gesture recognition by capturing body movements. It sports a 25MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C and 3.5mm audio jack. It also supports Link Turbo feature that automatically analyzes network conditions to switch between Wi-Fi or 4G and boosts download speed by adopting both networks. It packs a 4000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. The smartphone runs Android 9.0 Pie with EMUI 9.0 on top.
Price, availability
The Honor V20 price starts at 2999 yuan (Rs. 30,400 approx.) for the 6GB/128GB version. The 8GB/128GB version costs 3499 yuan (Rs. 35,500 approx.). Lastly, the MOSCHINO Edition with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at 3999 yuan (Rs. 40,500 approx.). It comes in Black, Blue and Red colors and will go on sale from December 28 in China. It will be launched as HonorView 20 globally on January 22 at an event in Paris.
