Display specs match Android one on paper, that is a 4.5 Inch IPS LCD panel with FWVGA 854 x 480 pixels spread across it. A 1.3 GHz quad core SoC is ticking inside, presumably MediaTek MT6582, aided by meager 512 MB RAM and 4 GB storage. Of course there is option for 32 GB MicroSD secondary storage space.

It checks all right boxes for a budget device with a 5 MP rear camera on the rear side and a 2 MP selfies snapper at the front. LED flash is also present for rear camera. Battery capacity is 1800 mAh, while connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and micro-USB.

Press renders show a customary candy bar design with a gold textured back panel. The phone will sell in Grey, Gold and white colors across major retail stores. On Paper, the hardware looks more or less like Android One smartphones, with half RAM capacity. Android One devices, where Google handles updates (though rather offhandedly) are available for about the same price, after numerous price cuts. Commenting on the launch, Y Guru, Chairman and Managing Director, Celkon Mobiles, said “We are today pleased to launch a powerful and latest feature loaded model with an ultra-stylish design – Millennia Q450. The device is another milestone as it’s a truly design oriented smartphone from Celkon’s design house. This will be a game changer in the sub 5K category. We will continue to build such exciting portfolios to bring value for our customers.”
