There is a 5 inch Super AMOLED display with a HD screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels resulting in an average pixel density of 294 pixels per inch. It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor supplemented with Adreno 306 graphics unit and 2 GB of RAM. Storage wise, the handset comes with 32 GB of internal storage that cannot be expanded further.

The Lenovo S90 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat topped with Vibe 2.0 UI and it can be upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop soon. There is a 13 MP primary camera with LED flash and PureCel sensor at the back of the device. At the front, there is an 8 MP front facing snapper with BSI sensor to snap selfies and handle video chatting sessions. A 2,300 mAh battery energizes the smartphone from within pumping a decent backup to it.

The Lenovo S90 is available currently in Graphite Grey color option and it is priced at Rs 19,990. There are several devices in this pricing that can render a tough competition to this one. But, this Lenovo offering seems to be priced expensively for the specifications that it comes packed with. Lenovo’s Vibe X2 is available for the same price and perhaps with slightly better hardware and a unique layered design. Speaking of which, Lenovo S90 unabashedly copies from iPhone 6. Imitation is flattery? I am sure Apple doesn’t think so.
