Launched as another affordable smartphone from Micromax, the Micromax Selfie 3 comes with a 5-inch IPS-LCD panel with full HD (1920 x 1080p) resolution and a 2.5D curved glass. It has on-screen navigation controls and a rear-mounted Fingerprint sensor for quick unlocking. In the optics department, the Micromax Selfie 3 comes with a 13MP rear camera with Sony sensor and an LED flash. Being a selfie-centric smartphone, it packs a 16MP front-facing selfie camera which is a Samsung sensor with front LED flash. It comes with Super Pixel and Portrait Modes as additional features. Coming to hardware, the affordable Micromax Selfie 3 is packing a Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz, coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. This combination is complemented by 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, along with expansion option using a microSD card. Running Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box, the Micromax Selfie 3 is expected to get an Android update. The phone is powered by a 3,000mAh battery and comes with dual SIM compatibility. Other standard connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Micro USB port, and a 3.5mm earphone jack.

Priced at an affordable Rs. 11,999, the Micromax Selfie 3 will be available in Black and Blue colours across all retail stores, starting today. Micromax also recently launched the Micromax Evok Dual Note with dual cameras.
