Nubia X Specifications

The Nubia X sports a 6.26-inch FHD+ (1080×2280 pixels) 2.5D curved glass primary display. There is a 5.1-inch HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) AMOLED secondary display. Both the displays are protected with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Under the hood, the Nubia X is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU, and up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with up to 256GB UFS 2.1 internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Nubia UI 6.0 on top. In terms of camera, it has a dual camera set up at the back with a 16MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, 1.22µm pixel size, PDAF, and a 24MP secondary camera with f/1.7 aperture, and dual-tone LED flash. It does not have a front camera and you can utilize the secondary display in Nubia X to capture selfies using the rear camera.

It has a fingerprint sensor on both sides for both the right and left-handers. Connectivity options on the phone include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It packs a 3800mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support.

Price, availability

The Nubia X price starts at CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs. 35,000) for the 6GB/64GB variant in Black and Grey with Gold color models. The same model in Blue color costs CNY 3,399. Similarly, the 8GB/128GB variant is priced at CNY 3,699 (Rs. 39,200 approx.) for the Black and Grey with Gold color models while the Blue color model costs CNY 3,799. The 8GB/256GB variant costs CNY 4,199 for the Black and Gold colors while the Blue color model costs CNY 4,299 (Rs. 45,600 approx.). The Nubia X is available for pre-orders starting today and will go on sale on November 5 via Nubia’s China site, TMall, JD.com, and Suning.
