The Desire 816 on the other hand bundles similar 8 GB of internal storage space that can be expanded up to a whopping 128 GB via a micro SD card. Hence, the HTC offering with such a large expandable storage support tops the storage shelf.

Battery and Features

The battery capacity in the Panasonic P81 is 2,500 mAh that can deliver acceptable backup that can last for up to a day under moderate usage. Meantime, the Desire 816 features a 2,600 mAh battery that is fitted with a juicier 3,000 mAh battery that proves stronger. On the software front, the Panasonic P81 is fueled by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS with bleak chances of an update, on the other hand the Desire 816 is based on the latest iteration of the platform, Android v4.4 KitKat. Both the phones include connectivity features such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and GPS, while the Panasonic offering comes with dual SIM support as well. In addition to these, the Panasonic P81 comes with f eatures such as Gesture Play, Pop-i Player and Dual Play – Dual Window.
