Following this, SamMobile came up with a different report suggesting few specifications of the Galaxy S5 successor. Accoridng to the report, the smartphone will boast of a Quad HD display with 2560×1440 pixels as the Note 4, but the size of the screen remains unknown. In terms of hardware, the Galaxy S6 is likely to house a 64 bit Exynos 7420 SoC and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor depending on the region. Releasing two variants of its flagship devices is not new for Samsung as it has been following the same for several models. Imaging wise, the Galaxy S6 is claimed to arrive with a 16 MP or 20 MP camera at its back, but the report believes it would be the former with a Sony IMX240 sensor as in the Note 4 and a 5 MP selfie front facer as in the Galaxy A lineup. The report further adds on that Samsung will eliminate the 16 GB variant and that it will provide the 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB storage options that can be expanded. It is claimed that Samsung will use their own LTE modem and a Broadcom chip that will provide Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and more. The codename Project Zero is a new experiment taken up by Samsung. It has previously followed the same process for other flagship models with the Project K for Galaxy S5, and Project T for Galaxy Note 4 to mention a few.
