The band pairs with your galaxy device over Bluetooth 4.0 LE and has been designed for fitness monitoring. It comes with a fitness coach and can monitor your fitness regime and send you notifications regarding several things like when to increase pace or when to slow down. The interface is simple to use and you can easily thumb your way through it.
