The Sony Xperia Z2 was launched in India only four months back, and Sony’s shorter launch cycles might be slightly unsettling for Sony fans who just bought Z2. Pitched against the Xperia Z2, the Latest Xperia Z3 is lighter (152 grams vs 163 grams), slimmer (7.2 mm vs 8.3 mm) and is more resistant to dust and water (IP67 VS IP58). On the inside, the hardware is more or less the same. The Xperia Z3 comes with a similar 5.2 inch IPS LCD Display with 1080p Full HD resolution and all pompous Sony Terminology attached to it. There is Snapdragon 801 performance beast clocked at slightly higher frequency of 2.5 GHz and assisted by 3 GB RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. Sony is using the same 20.7 MP Camera for the third consecutive flagship, which is not a bad thing. You can record 4k videos at 30 fps and 1080p Videos at 60 fps. Other features include NFC, 3100 mAh, Android 4.4 kitkat besides usual set of connectivity features. More details about price and availability will be available at the time of launch.
