Back in August, Xiaomi launched the Mi4 in its home market China and it is still focused in the same, while it usually announces its offerings in Asian markets as well. According to eCommerce sources at Real Time News, the Indian launch of the smartphone is delayed for the pricing reason. The Mi4 is priced at 1,999 Yuan in China that translates to Rs 19,999 in India and such a high price tag would definitely disappoint the fans in India. Also, it is likely that the smartphone will be going on sale in India for a pricing of Rs 15,000 that is similar to the price tag of the Xiaomi Mi3. The Xiaomi Mi4 is one of the highly anticipated smartphones that is expected to release in India as the vendor is known for delivering high-end offerings at mid-range pricing. Ton refresh on specs, Xiaomi Mi4 is fitted with a 5 inch FHD IPS OGS display layered with Corning Gorilla Glass protection to prevent scratches and damage due to everyday usage. The device incorporates a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 SoC teamed up with 3 GB of RAM capacity. There are a 13 MP primary snapper with Sony IMX214 BSI sensor, LED flash and 4K video recording and an 8 MP front-facer with Sony sensor as well. The device arrives in two options, 16 GB and 64 GB of non-expandable internal storage options and a 3,080 mAh battery powering it. Other aspects of the Mi4 include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS and Bluetooth and Android KitKat OS topped with MIUI V6. Source
